Dear Toastmasters and distinguished guests,
It's quite an honor to invite you to Grand Toastmasters Club Installation Ceremony on July 3rd. Although it is cliche, Time does fly! It has been a year, and the 07-08 officer team is outgoing and 08-09 officers are waiting. The purpose of this ceremony is ostensibly to appreciate the effort that 07-08 officers had devoted and smell the fresh atmosphere that 08-09 officers team are going to provide.
However, our other aim is just to gather some of the more important people who have supported us over the years so that we can express our appreciation and enjoy meeting in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Your participation is Grand's honor.
Don't forget! July 3rd, 2008 (Thursday) 7:00 pm @ Tsing-Hua University Taipei Office. Grand is waiting for you!

Quite an impressive idea of installation ceremony. Planning to organize a success party of my company at one of the centrally located corporate events NYC in a couple of weeks. Thinking to make the party entertaining with indoor games and fashion show.
