Like the expectation of most mothers, I would see you all happy and healthy. Then I would hope that you may learn self-confidence and grow stronger and stronger from this family.

When we decided the in-house speech contest held on March 7th, there were
Angela, Yvan, Yolanda, Helen, Gina and Jimmy Wu. To our surprise, this is the first time that Jimmy Wu would be the speech contestant voluntarily. Wow, there are SIX members to be speech contestants. Almost 40% of our active members join this in-house contest!!! I am so touched by your learning altitude!d more improvement you benefit from Grand.

l Area H-1 speech contest & table topics contest will be held on March 21 at Grand’s meeting venue.

l For the observance of the “Tomb Sweeping Festival”清明節, our meeting on April 4 will be cancelled.

Meeting Minutes (02/15):

This is a night of speeches. We have 4 prepared speakers plus one guest speaker. Coincidently,might be inspired by her speech as he is suffering from his back pain.

Our guest speaker, Ms. Jenny and Victor both talk about communication. To communicate, besides speaking, how to listen is important as well. May tells us easy way to keep healthy. I think Joel

Moonshine Lin shares with us her experience in handling difficult customers in the air as flight attendant. Most of us are in so called “service industry”. We all have chance to meet a “difficult” customer. Moonshine’s experiences have provided us a very prac
tical reference.
